| I read the Junkfood Science blog every day, and although I don't agree with a lot of her ideas, she still comes up with some insightful info, and she thoroughly dissects studies. She has a previous post about eating disorders, and listed are 10 steps to a positive body image, specifically for those with anorexia or bulimia; however, as I read these 10 steps, I thought how well they would work for those of us who have much weight to lose, or are struggling hard to keep off what we've lost. | Thanks for sharing that, Nita....I'm figuring out how to handle the feeds currently and might be adding some more and tweaking what we post, so I especially appreciate the input! |

| Thanks for this Nita! It's a very interesting blog. I read there that 1 in 10 parents would abort a child if it were to have a genetic tendency to be fat. Yikes! |
