| I just gave this information to my DH. It was amazing what carbs can do to your liver when you overdo it. Just to clarify...isn't it the liver that when not working properly leads to problems with diabetes? Didn't another study just come out that said that low carb diets are better for diabetic patients then low fat ones? Can't wait until we have better options, if that day will come, at fast food restaurants. Until then at least we'll just have to make our own adjustments. Skip the cola and the fries please. |
