Post Is eating breakfast a key to successful weight control?: Dr. John Briffa

Over the years, I’ve spoken to or have been consulted by a fair few people who, by their own admission, don’t have the best eating habits. A quite common picture I see involves the skipping or breakfast, a sandwich-centric lunch, followed by general overeating in the evening. This will usually entail some snacking before [...]

i found this one interesting; especially the part about people who do their eating later in the day tending to have higher bmi's. that's typically been my pattern. i can forget to eat eariler in the day, but in the evening, i tend to munch a lot more.

i think i'll work on that!

Since starting LCE, I love breakfast (coffee too) , and I try to make lunch my biggest meal of the day..Dinner is usually a what can I fix in a hurry. I can fix the rest of the family something quick and usually carb dence and just grab a salad or some meat for myself.

I know they recomend small meals more often, I have a hard time fittling that in.
During the week it's a very early breakfast, a late morning snack at break, a mid afternoon lunch and a mid evening dinner....
Weekends are sooooooo unstuctured, (shame on me.)
