~~because we have failed the fist time..duh! no realy,you have to have a plan..a mind set...we all know it works right? know you can do it!...other wize...there goes another monday! small steps...post it...we will be here....right ladies!

I really loved both the posts that Dr. Eades wrote on this subject, and found a lot of things that might be of some help to me. I hope he writes a few more posts on this same subject. It might help a lot of people to stick with low carb for the long haul.

I agree this was a good read. I don't pretend to understand all the metabolic stuff, but I can sure relate to the aging part. It's much harder to keep the exercise intensity (among other things) up like I could a few years ago.
