So here I am 2 weeks into it and doing great. I have lost 8 lbs so far and am feeling much better.

So I will try not to be too hard on myself about today. I went to Mcdonalds (God only knows why...lol) With some friends and instead of doing what I should have I got some chicken nuggets and ate them, all 10. No sauce thou...lol.

Anyway I know they were breaded but ate them anyway...bad bad bad, but I will try harder tomorrow and I know that I will mess up and I can admit...
