    i've realized the "low-gi"ing is not the way to go for me - jsut makes me eat a LOT of low gi carbs! instead, i will eat 30 grams of any carb a day or less - a challenge i'm taking with my friend and gym-mate, kym. this has worked for me before, even with occasional blow-out on nights out with friends - jsut sticking to it in my everyday life gets me going, and maintaining..or at least has done in the past. it's been a week now, and i feel quite on track for the most part. just had ...
