Hi, I am new here and glad to have the support. I was wondering if everyone does the Atkins low carb program, or do some of you just cut down on certain carbs. I used to have issues with getting too obsessive over food, counting calories, etc. and I don't want to do the Atkins plan. I do see myself, however, cutting out breads, pasta and the like. Further, I can see myself eating no more than, say twenty five to thirty grams of carbs a day. Now, I do love these Dr. Prager's Spinach Pancakes....
