Today I bought a flat iron at Salvation Army for $3.95 so I could do something new with my hair. I bought lotion to turn these white legs into something that won't cause car accidents...

I went out to eat with a friend today. Sitting there perusing the menu, deciding what I was gonna get...including deciding how on plan I was going to eat. And it hit me.

Yes, this journey takes staying power. Yes, it takes focus, and dedication, and commitment. And yes, it certainly takes time! It's easy enough to say, "It didn't pile on overnight, so it won't drop overnight." And it's also true, no doubt.

Well I am bummed out! At 152 now for over a week. I think I have too many "set points"!!!! I am also getting real tired of cooking all the time. I really don't mind the cooking part it cleaning all the utensils. I have tried to find a fresh turkey breast to roast for a week now, no luck. I guess they grind all of them into turkey burger. I have looked at Thriftway, IGA, our local Kroger chain Dillons, and WalMart Superstore. I might be able to find a frozen turkey breast. ...
