| My weight has gone up, and now it's just sitting still.
For a person to give up bread, potatoes, rice, macaroni (even the Dreamfields), and all sugar, and still not lose weight, is just plain frustrating. To see the scales climb up is even more frustrating. And it all seems to be belly weight, too.
I've never had such a long stall, or had the weight creep back up, while being careful about what carbs I eat.
Today I just feel kind of low, sorry for myself,... |
