| I was drawn to low carb because there was no calorie counting involved. But now I'm finding that I do better eating fewer calories while keeping my carb level low.
I hate counting calories. It just seems insane. But, if I go above about 1700 or 1800 a day, my weight stalls, even at a very low carb level.
The calorie culprits are the wonderful fatty things, such as cheese & cream cheese, heavy cream, and of course, fatty meat. I don't believe in limiting fat, but it... |
