Well, it’s been a few weeks since I’ve been in touch and I must admit that part of the reason for my absence is that I fell off the wagon a bit over this period. It was a case if gastroenteritis that had me throwing up at even at the thought of eggs, bacon and anything remotely diary. Ok, so I am watching this show that I dvr'd called I Can Make You Thin.

First I started watching out of curiousity. Then I kept watching because the host does not advocate a diet plan. Not a one.

So you take the techniques and use them how they best suit you. Pretty cool and much like a certain Dr. Atkins says. Do what works for you. Modify it when it doesn't work. Ok, paraphrasing but you get the point!

So I watched an episode where they talked about tapping....

Had a family event this weekend. A baby shower.

I am v. excited for my sister's baby to come along!

And it was a challenging day....

It is hard to get together with family when all everyone does is press each other's buttons. It is like sport to them to irritate, insult and put each other down. Oh, and as much as I try to stay an innocent bystander, that just doesn't happen.

So I helped to throw this shower and brought a tremendous amount...

Hello all, I have decided today that I would begin the low carb eating again. I have been in this dieting roller coaster for the past 3 years, and I want to change for myself and my family. I am at my highest weight of 230 @ 5'4. I am determined to change. With this change, I hope to encourage my daughter to do the same.
