Today I realized that I've let a lot of time go by when I picture myself being thin. I think it's great to be positive but that life can be grand right now and not just when I'm at my perfect size. So, I've gotten rid of the #'s on my signature because I'm more then just them. It's freeing to be rid of them.

I have to say that quitting coffee is a bit like when I was quitting smoking. I'm crabby, have a small headache and want to eat! I'm a bit tired which I'm wondering is from going from 3 pots of coffee down to zero. I do hate having to rely on something to get a fix so this might be a blessing in disguise. I love coffee so this is hard but my DH is being so supportive despite me working hard not to be crabby. He answered many times today that he wasn't crabby so must have been just me. ...

I've made it my hardest days....the 1st four! Now it's onto the 1st weekend on plan. The house is stocked with food for the whole family so we should be set!

I bought myself a new motivation workout piece...a walking vest!! It said while researching that it'll trick my body into thinking it's heavier so I'll be able to increase strength and burn more calories. Have to like that!! Hoping that the scale shows the hard work it takes to lug around an extra 10 pounds. Why does this...

The day after the 1st....we went to Burger King!! Thank you God for helping me not to order a thing and have my nice turkey burger when I got home!! I'm determined to take one day and one moment at a time....

My pedometer was low from just lounging most of the day even though I had been up since 5am. So, I've jumped on the treadmill to continue this journey on feeling good.

Just love the start of the New Year! All the remaining holiday junk food left with DH to his work for his coworkers to munch on. I baked enough for Christmas that DH took 1/2 while the rest went to the freezer for him to take today. I'm sure a lot of people were up late last night and then working early. I've seen thin people there so I'm sure not everyone is wanting to be slim for their resolution. Oops, hopefully I didn't break some one's resolution right off!
