Doctor's Orders

Posted 04-30-2008 at 03:11 PM by BabyGirl

Well, my blood-glucose levels have reached an all-time high, so I am forced (which is a good thing) to stick with this woe. I had a serious reaction to Glucophage, as well as other common medicines, so I have to address my diabetes with carb reduction. I started yesterday and tested today, and I’m already seeing an improvement. My goals is two-part - weight loss, and keeping my levels down. Here’s to a great LC day!

I've been there! You can do it! I had high blood pressure and the high glucose levels (LDL).

Guess what? I'm doing better now.

And I started out the same way. Doing it to get healthy and then hoped to lose some weight at the same time.

Let me know how it goes but I think you will do great. Health is a fantastic motivator!

So many people have improved their blood glucose levels with low carb, it seems like such a sensible approach.

Holler at us when you need some encouragement. You're not alone doing this.

Hello everyone this is my first time posting. Do anyone know if the Beef and Brocolli served at Chineese resturants have any carbs?
