Day 1 Induction

It wouldn’t feel right if I were not experiencing the usual induction side effects, such as a headache, and slight cramping, so I know I’m on the right track.
Because I’m keeping it really simple, my menu won’t change much, so I’ll post it once here:
Breakfast: Eggs w/spinach and parmesan cheese, and sausage
Lunch: Chicken or Steak and Salad (Greens w/ mint, cilantro, and cukes)
Dinner: Taco salad, or Fish, or Chicken, or Steak, and Veggies (green beans, brussel sprouts, broccoli and/or cauliflower)
Snacks: Jello w/cream, cheese stick
Water: At least 5 bottles of water (I know, not enough, but I’m working my way up).
Exercise: Moderate – walking for about 40 min, or tennis for an hour, at least three times a week (I will increase exercise as my energy allows)
That’s it for now. Hopefully I can stay focused and motivated.
