| | The toughest part of low carb is getting started, making it a lifestyle, weeding out the old habits and mind-sets. Thinking about the positive aspects of low carb goes a long way in helping you stick to your resolve to eat this healthy way. One day you'll wake up and realize that this has truly become a way of eating for you, and that it's your preferred way of eating, because of how good you feel. You'll look at high carb foods with disdain rather than longing, knowing that they are your poison, and what they do to your body. Then you'll say, "Wow, this is so easy!" |
