I have been a low carber for the last 5 years and have managed to lose just over 60 pounds. However, during this journey to being a healthier, thinner me I met my husband. I have been married just over a year and managed to gain back 15 of those hard to lose pounds.

I have been trying to get back on it with no success. I find that I have mad cravings. Cravings that I didn't really have before. I go nuts and eat like I haven't ate in a long time.

So, here I am, determined to lose the 15 pounds plus a little more. However, I need help. I need encouragement, recipes, and need to know that others are on the same road.

I am currently 160 and would like to get to 140. I wonder how long it will take to lose 20 pounds if I can get back into "living la vida low carb." Wish me luck!!!

If that is you and your hubby, you certainly are a good looking couple!

We're here for you when you need us. All you have to do is ask.

Yes, it's hard getting back to low carb, and hard to maintain, but we all just do the best we possibly can.

    I wish you much success!

How smart of you to get back on track before that 15 pounds becomes 30 then 45. You'll feel so much better. I look forward to seeing your success!!!
