Hello all, I have decided today that I would begin the low carb eating again. I have been in this dieting roller coaster for the past 3 years, and I want to change for myself and my family. I am at my highest weight of 230 @ 5'4. I am determined to change. With this change, I hope to encourage my daughter to do the same.

    Glad you've rejoined us, Benita.

    I found after I faithfully stayed low-carb for a while, my family eventually joined on board as well without my prompting. The best advertisment for healthy low-carbing is success!
