I hope my blogs are read and digested by this community. The reason is I NEED your feedback support and encouragment to stay on the narrow road. My motis operende in the past is one of quitting, giving up and sucumbing to my craves and wants. This will not be allowed for me. You see I am killing myself with slow deliberate suicide. My 3 teenage daughters, (whom live with there mom, divorced) need there daddy around. I want to be there to see them progress in school, marriage, and see my future grandkids! I really dont know where to start TODAY, except to not eat what is not proscribed on a LC plan. I will continue to educate myself everyday. Wish me success!
