I just wanted to say that I love lce. I had about a week of going on and off plan and was really stuggling with emotional eating. I learned some very important things--I feel like crap when I eat sugary, floury, carby foods, and the lc woe really works. After 2 days of being back on plan consistently, I realized just how good I feel when I eat this way. And I believe I am finally making peace with food. It doesn't have power over me anymore.
