OK.....here I am again trying to lose weight. I'm new to this site. I looked over everything and it has truly inspired me. I have been up and down with my weight for the last 10 years. I finally today realized, it is time to get back on the bandwagon and lose this unwanted weight. I am getting out of breath just walking up and down our stairs!
