It is quite the challenge to get everything done that we want to in a day. Just last month I finished up a 90-day Game of life where I was challenged to get twice as much done as I had done before. So, yesterday I read thru the 1972 Atkins book. Man, was that a chore. The original version is written more like a novel/Shelf-help book. Lots of discussion of why I should start the Diet. I already got that! I like the organization of my 2000 (I think) version. To find the framework for the 72 plan I had to span several chapters and even learn different lingo.
