It is quite the challenge to get everything done that we want to in a day. Just last month I finished up a 90-day Game of life where I was challenged to get twice as much done as I had done before. It was very enlightening about ME. I'm not all that successfull at getting it ALL done. However, I do get a darn good amount of it done, NOW.
Since restarting Induction on Christmas, I've been challenged with many interruptions in my schedule and planning. This has caused me to think out of the box and to react spontaniously to changing situations. What I learned most in my Game was I make great decisions when I have little to no time to "analyze" the information. The more I think about something the bigger the obstacle becomes.
This last weekend was a great example of "Just Do It." I was 95% successfull at getting my stuff done. I did repairs to Cars, trucks, Jeeps, mods on my bike and even found time to help with a weekend seminar tear-down. The only thing planned in there was to do mods on my bike (daddy time).
By keeping myself so busy, I wasn't even hungry. I ate twice a day.

I guess what I'm getting to is that it is possible to get 10 lbs of stuff into a 5lb bag. It is just a matter of surrendering to the situation and just get it done.

I found in the past that I was "too busy" to do LC. It took too much work to plan out my meals and such. What a pile of excuses. It takes absolutely no more effort to eat out LC than to plan and carry stuff with me. Telling the waitress that you don't want the bun or the fries is very easy once you get used to it. Places that I frequent don't even ask me about the potatoes anymore. No matter how busy you are, there is always time to do LC. There are times when I do find that old programs pop up when I'm tearing apart a burritto or burger to eat the insides. It gets easier each time I do so. Pretty soon it just IS.

Tom, hate to burst your bubble, but women have been stuffing 10 lbs of stuff into 5 lb bags for years. I'm glad you're learning how to do it. This knack comes in handy.

I told the waitress recently that I just wanted a salad with my steak & shrimp, no other sides. She didn't question it. The restaurant policy, though, is not to substitute on the kid's menu, & my granddaughter did NOT want the applesauce. The waitress suggested that I order 2 salads for my sides, if Jade wanted the other. It worked out great. On top of that, Jade had a coupon from school for a free meal. Anyway, it wasn't hard to insist on the meal the way I wanted it, but it worked out even better in the long run.

I think this is a wonderful point, Tom! I've found this true myself. If I just decide on the spot how to handle it, there is no problem. The more I think about going off-course, though, the more likely I am to do it. Definitely a situation where your thoughts create your reality. Thank you for the reminder of this.

Congrats on finding so much focus and getting the whole 10 pounds in the 5 pound bag.
