hi everyone to-day is a beautiful day and I am about to go for a walk . The idea of wraps made with lettuce leaves sounds really good and low lots of different foods can be put in now with the fresh vegies coming in season .. What is a better alternative for salads olive oil or vegi oil I love ranch dressing and looking for a goood reciepe Take I aute my salmon in a lttle butter with lemon pepper . I have lost 8lbs thanks everyone DoDe
