| | I sure know what you mean. There are times that a person just "checks out." When I'm really overloaded with distractions, I find that taking a 15-20 minute period of relaxation or meditation or whatever works for you, relieves tensions and mental clutter. I can focus much better and feel very refreshed. Try it out. An additional note... A mind is a terrible thing to lose. ![]() |

| | You know, that's an excellent suggestion and when I'm in that groove, I do better. I think I'll give that another go and give myself some "Zen Breaks." On a side note, I told this story to my husband, who didn't seem to think that was unusual at all. "I do stuff like that all the time," he says. ![]() |
