OK the first week I lost 10 lbs and was all excited. I have stuck to the same plan this week and haven't lost a pound! It is now the week-end and I only count the weight on the scale on Monday but I can't get why I havent dropped any weight this week. I know that I am staying in keytosis because I pee on the little stick every morning. My carb count is 20 - 40 and my portions are small. I know I am eatting much less then before. Isn't it too early for a stall? I need advice from the experts!!!!...
