Doing well and feeling good. Mental attitude still positive. No cravings to speak of. It's strange when I think about chocolate candy I don't crave it like I usually do. I did make the 1 minute chocolate cake and DH and I shared it. It really hit the spot. Had a little dab of Land 'O Lakes Sugar Free Whipped cream on it. Mmmmmm. Darn I just remembered I forgot to bring my lunch of leftovers to work this morning.

    Keep up the good work. I keep things at work just incase I forget. Things like cans of tuna, mustard, peanut butter. I also have a frige for other stuff.

    The lack of cravings is the best part of doing low carb. When I tried low fat, I was looking for food all the time, wanting to eat constantly. Now, I eat my meal, and I'm ok until the next one. Isn't it great?!
