Starting out the first week of February at 152 that is down 6 lb. since Jan 2, 2008. Yaaaaaa!dance2 Have been eating the 1 minute muffin for breaky every morning a serving of protein at noon and evening and 1 1/2 cup veggies at noon and evening. If I still feel hungry in the evening I have a protein shake, the mix having 1 gram carb and using 1/4 cup half n half cut with water to make one cup.

    You're doing so well! Sometimes those protein shakes are the best for getting you past a snack attack.
