Well I am bummed out! At 152 now for over a week. I think I have too many "set points"!!!! I am also getting real tired of cooking all the time. I really don't mind the cooking part it cleaning all the utensils. I have tried to find a fresh turkey breast to roast for a week now, no luck. I guess they grind all of them into turkey burger. I have looked at Thriftway, IGA, our local Kroger chain Dillons, and WalMart Superstore. I might be able to find a frozen turkey breast.

    How's it going, Deb?

I know those slowdowns can be frustrating, but in reality, it seems we all have them, so I figure they must be a necessary part of the process.

Summer has an article about this you might be interested in looking at... http://lowcarbeating.com/low-carb-he...thats-not-typo

Hope things start moving again for you in short order, Ms. Deb!

Your not the only one. Ive quit low carb in the past because of the same problem, but Im determined not to quit this time. There are so many advatages to LCE. I hate being hungry and every other diet Ive tried gives me that problem. Im sticking with it this time. Lady K
