Keeping up with My Sister

Doing great! Down 6 pounds. My sister is having gastric bypass surgery in only 10 days. Her pre-surgery diet is LC so I have joined her in the diet so that she doesn't have to do it alone.

 |  congrats jen!congrats on such a great start (and being a good support for your sis)!  that's great.and after the surgery, many people opt to eat lc to maintain the losses that sugergy helps with, so it's great that you can support her (and yourself) by learning a lc way of eating. glad to have you with us!  |

| | Good for you and I am sure your sister appreciates the support. My sister had the lap band and now she is sliding into a size 14. I am sooooo jealous that's why I decided to get healthy. |
