			<description><![CDATA[Man, it's been a long time but so comforting to get an email from Maggie giving me my password and then to come in here and see so many familiar names.  It feels like coming home again.  Wow where do I start?  Let's just say I don't look like that pic anymore, couldn't fit into that dress if...]]></description>
			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div>Man, it's been a long time but so comforting to get an email from Maggie giving me my password and then to come in here and see so many familiar names.  It feels like coming home again.  Wow where do I start?  Let's just say I don't look like that pic anymore, couldn't fit into that dress if someone paid me too, well I could but it would not be a pretty pic!!!!!  So I have been up and down and did everything from weight watcher to diet pills to 5 small meals a day.  Let me say that all of them worked but none have been as easy or as fun as LC.  This is something that my whole family can do, it was actually my DH's idea to do it again and since the only way he can do it is if I do it I said what the heck I can go back and do it again.  I remember the first time in 1999 I lost like 20+ pounds in the first month.  Sooooo here I am again.  Mad because <br />
1.  I've let myself get back to this point again<br />
2.  For so many years I said 40 was going to be   the new 20 for me.  But honestly when I look at myself in the mirror 40 is looking like the soon to be 50 for me.<br />
3.  I have a curves membership that I pay for but don't use.  I even went so far as to go down and get it switched from GA to NC but still haven't went.<br />

Sooooo I'm mad as hell and am not taking it anymore.  So I blew the look great by birthday this year so I am on a look great by the new year program.  Here is what I will do:<br />
 <br />
1.  Eat right!!!!!  This is key<br />
2.  Commit to going to curves 3 times a week and run 3 times a week.  Actually the latter is a must do not a want to do.<br />
3.  Journal here and stay on the boards for the FREE support that is here.<br />
4.  Once I give away this weight I refuse to take it back.  I won't get to that point where I think I'm cute and just go back to eating whatever whenever and not exercising!<br />

IN A MONTH I WILL FEEL AND LOOK BETTER THAN TODAY.  <br />
 <br />
That's all I want.  I'm going about this the smart slow way this time!:cheer2:<br />
