My Fourth Day Is Stressful

Posted 12-27-2008 at 05:21 PM by katlupe

I was looking forward to my fourth day of eating this way.....because I really like the food! I have been limiting our meat and cheese so much because it is so expensive. Now I feel I can spend the money on that if I am not buying any of the other stuff. Of course, I have a well stocked pantry of foods like rice, potatoes, beans, etc. because I want to be prepared in case of something happening. I live fairly secluded and you never know. Except now........I can't eat those things! Well they are there for others in case they show up on my door step.

Anyway as I was saying, I was looking forward to the day but it turned out to be very stressful. I won't go into it but it involved my little horse and my husband. But I am happy to say that after I fixed two fence lines by myself in the rain and cold morning, I came in and had a tossed salad with a left over piece of chicken cut up on it. And I loved it! It satisfied me and stayed with me all day.

I am thinking that since I made it through the fourth day there is no sense in going off it or cheating now because then these four days would be wasted. I wasn't going to start my bodybuilding work-out with the weights until I had gone through the first week, but I might take a stab at it tomorrow. I thought I might feel less energetic but I feel just the opposite.
