Sticking With My Low Carb Eating Plan

I admit that there are times when I am tempted by ice cream to go off my low carb eating plan. But now that I have started feeling better, I remind myself of that fact. Having lost 3 lbs. last week made a difference too. So many other diets I would be lucky if I lost half a lb. a week. They'd say, "just stick with it." Well it matters if you do not see the scale move.
I did eat some stuff I shouldn't have twice this week. And I know that I shouldn't have done it. But I still lost 3 lbs. so if I hadn't eaten those two items, would my lost have bee greater? Probably. So I am reminding myself of that this week.
