Those Great Low Carb Feelings

I got behind a few days on my Fitday journal. What a nightmare that is! You CAN NOT forget to do it for more than one day. It is too hard to remember what you ate three or four days ago. More than that, forget it!
Fitday helps keep me focused. So I am going to try to fill it in after every meal. Sometimes I used to fill it in before supper and that meant I would only eat what I already recorded in there.
My appetite is way down now. My mouth has that funny, dry feeling. I feel so good about that as it is easier to stay on my low carb eating plan. That means it is working. I can see the weight just rolling off. It just makes you feel so much better and is good for my mind too.
