back again lol

Well I am going to start this again 
my doc wants me to lose some weight before I can have the wls I will be going thur a lot of physical and mental testing for 7 months I have to go to mandatory meeting at the hospital with all my wls doc and my family doc 1 time a month so i will be seeing doctors 2 times a month plus all the testing as of right now i have 10 test to do and was told i might have to do some more depending on my surgeon
so i am going to start the low carbing again and see how much i lose after 7 months who knows after 7 months i might not want it then lol
no really i don't want to have this surgery but i am 44 be 45 in July i have been dieting for years i can lose it but i cant keep it off
something always comes up
taking care of other ppl letting my self be last or just in a very very bad depression
that i don't care and my best friend and only friend is food
so now its time for me
some of you might remember after 5 years i won my SSI i have a medical card how
no kids at home
my mother is doing good now i got her in a 1 floor apartment she is doing great really!
my depression is so much better
i WANT to live now
iwant to sit on my front porch and not be ashamed
i have done a lot of soul searching and countless hours of thinking about it and for me i think this is it but who knows after 7 months we will see
soooooooo bring on the lowcarb!!!!
I have to go shopping so i am hoping to starting some time in next 2 days i still am not driving so i have to depend on my friend to take me shopping well really do my shopping for me since i cant walk the stores any more :(
i was weighed at the WLS i am 406 so i did not gain all of the 80 pounds i lost before just most of it
i guess i better dust off my book and start rereading
anyone have any good sites for l/c food i can order on line would be great i still live in this tiny town of about 900 lol anything anyone can tell me remind me i would pleased to hear

I'm sooooo happy to *see* you here again!!! You can do this...I know you can!! Focus on ONE DAY AT A TIME, or if you need to, ONE MEAL AT A TIME.
As far as a good online site to order LC food/supplies, I think Netrition.com is still in business, and as far as I know, still reliable.
The population of this community has changed quite a bit, but it's still the same great place for support and encouragement, IMO!!!
Again, I'm so glad you are back on the LC wagon with us here!!

Hello, Donna. It's great to see you back here! Sorry it's been such a struggle, but hoping it gets better, hon.
I do get a lot of my stuff from Netrition as Shell mentioned. There are odds and ends I get other places, but they have a good selection.
