Thanks for your concern....I forget to detail out everything in my menu. As for the protein shakes, I am pretty elaborate with those (I add pb2 and some other stuff) and normally I outeat people who are twice my weight while
lc'ing....thanks for your concern. I do eat veggies (quite often) but if you follow this blog you will see that I do have days when I eat lots of them, a little and sometimes not at all.
Now, I am on day three and already down 3 whole pounds! That always happens when I restart and I know that the losses will slow down as I progress so I am enjoying this number for now.
I made it on my hike yesterday and cant wait to go tonight. I also am planning to do a yoga class on Saturday.

Snack: Spicy ranchero egg white salad with celery sticks
L: Peanut butter vanilla protein shake
D: Parmesean crusted cod with green beans (I have them in the crockpot now and they smell delish!!)
S: canadian bacon chips
