Day 5 Going Strong!

I am sooooo excited today. It is day 5 and the carb cravings have subsided. And its Friday! That makes it even better in my book.
Here is my menu
Breakfast: PB protein shake
Snack: 2 hb eggs and some strawberries
Lunch: PB protein shake
Dinner: 2 tilapia fillets with broccoli
Snack: cream cheese clouds (yum!)
64 oz water
2 cups of coffee w/ 1 packet splenda each
45 min hike
