All in all things are progressing well with my eating plan, exercising and my general outlook. I had one slip up yesterday. Seriously, I didnt even realized that I had grabbed a handful of crackers and popped them right in my mouth (wasnt even hungry) and immediately I thoight "Ok, you blew it!" Then my next thought was " well you might as well make it count and go out for ice cream etc" but then in the next minute I said to myself " No way are you going to lose all of the progress you made in the last week....not gonna happen!" So I kept my
lc stride and marched into the kitchen and made a nice turkey taco salad (sans the taco of course) and topped it off with some fresh organic strawberries and homemade whipped cream.
I guess thats the theme of this post: remember to keep your stride up. One little slip up, intentional or not is not a reason to go carb wild.....and guess what? I didnt and I feel my committment is even stronger now than it was before.
