So here we are....mid week into my 2nd week and still feeling good! I promised not to get on the scale for another week but I just wanted a little peek to see how all was going. Proud to report that the scale shows a loss, my clothes are not as snug as they were just one week ago an my energy is through the roof. Good day indeed.
Menu:
PB vanilla protein shake
2 hb eggs
2 fillets with string beans
PB vanilla shake w/ string cheese
spicy ranchero egg salad with crab
64 oz water
1 cup of coffee
1 diet coke (I know I know)
