My weight hasnt changed in the last week BUT I have been exercising like a maniac so I just know that I am building muscle which is why I am not showing any difference on the scale. I have been on plan and drinking plenty of water soooooooo I figure: Steady wins the race! To health that is. My clothes are filling loser and I dont have that bloated feeling at all my energy is up and so I figure the weight will catch up (or down

) when its ready.
I am so excited for dinner tonite as I plan to have prosciutto wrapped chicken with sauteed spinach....speaking of which I better go make it now, I just made myself hungry!
