Just a quick post

So here we are....mid week into my 2nd week and still feeling good! I promised not to get on the scale for another week but I just wanted a little peek to see how all was going. Proud to report that the scale shows a loss, my clothes are not as snug as they were just one week ago an my energy is through the roof. Good day indeed.

Menu:

PB vanilla protein shake
2 hb eggs
2 fillets with string beans
PB vanilla shake w/ string cheese
spicy...

Keeping my stride up and weight down

All in all things are progressing well with my eating plan, exercising and my general outlook. I had one slip up yesterday. Seriously, I didnt even realized that I had grabbed a handful of crackers and popped them right in my mouth (wasnt even hungry) and immediately I thoight "Ok, you blew it!" Then my next thought was " well you might as well make it count and go out for ice cream etc" but then in the next minute I said to myself " No way are you going to lose all of...

Well I will call this weekend a success!

Exercised each day...check
stayed on plan....check
gots lots of rest....check
read smut magazones....check
indulged in a bubble bath......check....twice!

All in all the weekend alon was a major success. Its Sunday evening so now I have to do some cleaning and cooking to get ready for the week ahead. I need to pack my lunch bag for tomorrow, fill up the car with gas and have another low carb exercise filled week..

Weekend for myself

Finally! After having a steady stream of houseguests and family in and out of the house I finally have a weekend to myself. Unfortunately I dont have the extra money to go wild I am making the best of it anyway. Last night I went to an open studio class at the sewing shop and it was really fun! It ran from 6-midnight and those ladies get kinda crazy after a while. I got alot done on my quilt. Today I am going for a hike and possibly yoga and then I am going to go to a co workers house for...

Day 5 Going Strong!

I am sooooo excited today. It is day 5 and the carb cravings have subsided. And its Friday! That makes it even better in my book.

Here is my menu

Breakfast: PB protein shake
Snack: 2 hb eggs and some strawberries
Lunch: PB protein shake
Dinner: 2 tilapia fillets with broccoli
Snack: cream cheese clouds (yum!)
64 oz water
2 cups of coffee w/ 1 packet splenda each
45 min hike
