I haven't been posting, but I've been reading.

Everything is on track. I even made peanut butter cookies for DH's bday and didn't eat any. The weight is coming over sloooowly, but I expected that. I need to incorporate more exercise into my plan and I know it, I just need to schedule a regular time for it. I get up at 4:30 anyway every day so I can't see doing it in the mornings.

I'll post more later, but I just wanted to check in. I hope everybody is having a good week.

    Renee, ^5 on baking, but not EATING the cookies. Peanut butter cookies and fudge are big danger foods in this house.

    I need to get moving, too. It's really hard for me due to achy joints.

    I'm impressed about the cookies! That's tough to do. Moving is somethign I, too, need to improve on, beyond the "I forgot what I went to get in the first place so I have to make three trips" brand of moving.
