I haven't been posting, but I've been reading.
Everything is on track. I even made peanut butter cookies for DH's bday and didn't eat any. The weight is coming over sloooowly, but I expected that. I need to incorporate more exercise into my plan and I know it, I just need to schedule a regular time for it. I get up at 4:30 anyway every day so I can't see doing it in the mornings.
I'll post more later, but I just wanted to check in. I hope everybody is having a good week.
