Well, it’s been a few weeks since I’ve been in touch and I must admit that part of the reason for my absence is that I fell off the wagon a bit over this period. Well, this weekend was one hell of a comfort zone blaster! This was the first Easter that I have not indulged in a bit (okay, A LOT!) of chocolate. It is the afternoon of day 3 and I am feeling better than earlier in the day. This morning I was barely awake and so, so, soooooooo lethargic.
