Hi Just wanted to be accountable to all who read this...I have started back on LC yesterday I had cervical cancer last year and had everything taken out "south of the border" Started a new job 3 months ago and have gained 22 lbs in those 3 months so I knew I needed to take matters into my own hands (or Mouth) and I always done well with LC but this time I think I need to stay on it and just add more carbs as I go instead of staying on 20 carbs a day for 3 years and burning myself out. ...
