Posted 03-25-2008 at 12:42 PM by Mab I have gotten v. motivated the last few days. We are dog-sitting and taking the dog for the required walks has been a real joy. Which has me thinking about when I was a person who actually enjoyed exercise!
So with that in mind, I am back in the mindset that what really helped me stay thin and feel great was running.
Ok, I am still a big girl. Down to a size 16 but a lumpy, bumpy size 16! (I like to joke about myself! It's ok!)
