Well, here I go! Since Monday, January 5th, my new life has begun. I do have a lot of experience with low-carbing, as seen i my profile, but I have always gained the weight back---it's gone up and down since February of 2003.

But this time is REAL. I have a really deep sense of spirituality about this. It's in my core. In my soul. I have come to realize that once and for all, for better or worse, that I deserve to be healthy. I deserve to love myself. That's what is comes down...
