I've been discouraged these past 10 days. I know I'm going to the scale too much (I refused to have one for years because I remember my mom weighing before and after meals) However, every morning for the past 10 days there has been no weight loss. Even up a couple pounds.
I have my following Atkins with some alterations for my lifestyle. I did not give up coffee. It's something that is on my "to do list." because I know one or two cups a day is okay but not one or two...
