Dine out last night!

And it couldn't have gone better if I'd had a magic lamp!! We meet up with friends at a beachside Mexican restaurant for a suprise birthday party for our dear friend Ann. Well that went off perfectly and dinner was great. I ordered chicken fajita and our server was SO cool. I asked for extra veggies instead of the rice and beans - she said "don't worry, I know what you'll enjoy" and she brought me a HUGH chunk of iceberg lettuce to warp the fajita in and extra guac and sour cream - YUMMY!!
Kicking back (finally) I spend Sunday mornings cooking so I've now tons of good LC options at the ready.
