whew man i ate a little too much yesterday even though it was all legal low carb stuff. i just STILL feel full and i havent even eaten this morning yet! course this could also be TOM coming into my life making me bloated and bitchy...haha....but maybe a combo of both is more accurate.
today im planning on taking it easy....im working online this morning until about 1 and then i am gonna relax here at home and chill out in the yard if it doesnt rain again. the hubby has a bunch of stuff planted...

Hello! This is the very first entry to my new blog! I am new to this site so i thought i would take a minute to say hello to anyone out there that decides to check out this blog........from now on i will be sharing my journey back to the low carb lifestyle. i was extremely successful with it in 2005 but eventually slipped out of it and gained back all my weight. this is my journey BACK to sanity!!!
