I have been low carb since Jan. 2008 - no sugars, no starches. I have not lost any weight yet as my daily carbs are still a little high. I need to lose 20 lbs so I can get into my skinny jeans!
I'm a total believer in low carb being the most healthy way to eat and like to read the latest scientific studies.
