| | Thanks for your comment goddess. I am eating bacon and eggs, 2 or 3 cups of coffee with light cream mainly for breakfast, a big salad at lunch, too many almonds during the day, some kind of meat or chicken at dinner with about a cup of low starch vegetables. I eat about 4 pieces of sugar free candy and one Carb Smart ice cream bar at night. I have lost weight before going low carb but for sure have to eat less than 20 grams. I know I am eating more than that - a little here and a little there. I just need to be more disciplined. Have had a little too much stress since July 2007 but things are starting to ease up. Hope to be able to be more strict before the cold weather ends up here in Vermont and I have to get into shorts EEEEK |

| | Just looking at your menu, I think I'd make sure to have good protein with that lunch salad, cut out the almonds, the sf candy and the ice cream bar. And maybe another serving of veggies, perhaps with the lunch salad. That might just kick start your losses. Wish you success getting into those skinny jeans! |
